Faculty Retention Related Activities
 
 

FRPR responsibility in this area involves providing information and counsel, policy interpretation and problem solving. This includes, but is not limited to:

 
       
 
Coordinating and advising various committees charged with making recommendations to improve the quality of professional life of women faculty and faculty of color;  
 
   
 
Counseling deans and department chairs regarding faculty development and retention issues, including formulating strategies to address various performance concerns;  
 
   
 
Developing and implementing various surveys that capture information about important campus climate issues; and  
 
   
 
Contributing to the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs' Annual Report, "Recruitment and Retention of Women and Faculty of Color."
